Cancellation Policy

DELUXE SNEAKER CLEANING – SERVICE POLICY At Deluxe Sneaker Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality care for your footwear. Please review our policies before using our services. 1. Service Expectations We aim to restore sneakers to the best condition possible. However, we do not guarantee 100% stain or damage removal, especially for heavily worn, aged, or delicate materials. 2. Risk Acknowledgment By using our service, you understand that sneaker cleaning involves some risk. Certain materials (suede, nubuck, dyed fabrics, older shoes) may react differently to cleaning. We are not responsible for:     •    Color fading or bleeding     •    Material weakening or separation     •    Pre-existing damage worsening 3. Turnaround Time Standard cleaning takes 2–5 business days. Times may vary depending on workload and sneaker condition. 4. Pricing Prices vary based on the condition, material, and level of cleaning required. Final price will be confirmed after inspection. 5. Payments Full payment is required before or at the time of pickup. No sneakers will be released without payment. 6. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once cleaning has been completed. 7. Unclaimed Items Sneakers not picked up within 14 days of completion may be subject to a storage fee. Items left over 30 days may be resold or donated. 8. Customer Responsibility Please inform us of any special care instructions or prior treatments. We are not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed conditions. 9. Satisfaction Commitment Customer satisfaction is important to us.
